Where does MigoPaw ship?

At launch, MigoPaw ships to selected countries only: United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Spain, and Italy.

How much does shipping cost?

MigoPaw offers Free Standard Shipping to supported launch countries. Shipping costs are included in product prices.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product type, destination, carrier handling, and order volume.

Made-on-demand products usually arrive within the following estimated timeframes:

  • United States: 5–13 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–15 business days
  • Europe launch countries: 6–17 business days

Supplier-fulfilled products usually arrive within the following estimated timeframes:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Europe launch countries: 7–20 business days
Can I return my order?

MigoPaw offers a 30-day return window for eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How do I choose the right size for pet apparel?

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If your pet is between sizes, consider choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

Are all products shipped the same way?

No. MigoPaw offers a mix of made-on-demand products and supplier-fulfilled products. This means some items are created after an order is placed, while others are prepared through third-party fulfillment partners.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need help with an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot always guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has started processing, but we will review your request.
