Welcome to MigoPaw.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MigoPaw, an online store operated by Rachid Attia as a Moroccan Auto-entrepreneur / Sole Proprietor.
MigoPaw operates this website and online store, including its products, information, content, customer support, checkout experience, and related services.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and technical infrastructure used to operate the store.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the conditions that apply when you visit, browse, interact with, create an account on, or purchase products through the MigoPaw website.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Purchases are also subject to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, applicable product information, and information presented during checkout.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides any mandatory consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
1. Eligibility and Account Information
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, placing an order, contacting customer support, or otherwise using our services.
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Please contact us promptly at support@migopaw.com if you believe your account, order information, or personal information has been accessed or used without authorization.
2. Products and Product Information
We aim to present product titles, descriptions, images, prices, materials, measurements, sizes, colors, variants, features, care information, and availability as accurately as reasonably possible.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, manufacturing processes, material variations, or other reasonable product-specific factors.
MigoPaw may offer pet essentials, pet apparel, pet accessories, pet home and living products, grooming products, feeding accessories, travel products, toys, cleaning products, and other pet-related products.
Products may be prepared and shipped through third-party suppliers, fulfillment facilities, and shipping partners selected according to the product and destination.
Packaging, preparation time, fulfillment location, shipping origin, carrier, and return location may therefore vary depending on the product and destination.
Product specifications, availability, prices, designs, variants, fulfillment arrangements, shipping routes, or destination availability may be updated from time to time.
Changes made after an order has been confirmed do not remove or reduce any mandatory consumer rights applicable to that order.
3. Responsible Use of Pet Products
Pet products should be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose.
Customers are responsible for selecting products that are suitable for their pet’s size, age, behavior, condition, and individual needs.
Please review all product-specific sizing information, instructions, care guidance, warnings, and other information provided on the product page or product packaging before use.
Please inspect pet products before use and periodically during continued use.
Stop using a product if it becomes damaged, broken, excessively worn, loose, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.
Product measurements may vary slightly because of normal manufacturing tolerances.
MigoPaw products and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Product information is provided for general shopping and product-use purposes and is not veterinary, medical, or other professional advice.
Please consult a qualified veterinarian or other appropriate professional if you have questions concerning your pet’s health or suitability for a particular product.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected products according to these Terms, the applicable product information, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, and the information displayed during checkout.
You are responsible for reviewing your selected products, variants, sizes, colors, quantities, delivery address, contact information, payment information, and order total before submitting the order.
After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic order acknowledgement or confirmation.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
- Payment authorization failure
- Incorrect or materially incomplete customer information
- An obvious technical, pricing, or product-information error
- Product or selected variant unavailability
- Fulfillment unavailability
- Shipping or carrier restrictions
- An unsupported product-and-destination combination
- A legal or regulatory restriction
- Reasonable security concerns
- A material violation of these Terms
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method or handled as otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@migopaw.com.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing, preparation, fulfillment, or shipment has started.
Approved cancellations and refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right available under mandatory consumer law.
6. Pricing and Currency
Prices on the MigoPaw website are displayed in United States dollars (USD), unless another currency is expressly displayed through an available website or checkout feature.
Prices may change before an order is placed.
The price displayed during checkout when an order is submitted generally applies to that order, except in cases of an obvious technical or pricing error and subject to applicable law.
Applicable discounts, taxes, charges, or adjustments collected by MigoPaw will be displayed during checkout where required.
Your bank, card issuer, digital payment provider, or other financial institution may apply its own currency conversion rate, international transaction fee, or other payment-related charge.
MigoPaw does not control independent fees or exchange rates imposed by financial institutions or payment providers.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount displayed before the order is submitted.
Payments may be completed through checkout interfaces and authorized third-party payment services made available through the MigoPaw website.
Sensitive payment credentials and complete payment-card numbers, where applicable, are processed through authorized payment providers or hosted payment interfaces.
MigoPaw does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers entered into an authorized hosted payment interface.
Payment authorization may be approved, declined, delayed, reviewed, or otherwise affected by a payment provider, financial institution, payment network, fraud-prevention system, or applicable security requirement.
8. Free Standard Shipping
MigoPaw offers Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders delivered to supported destinations.
Customers are not charged a separate standard shipping fee for eligible orders.
Free Standard Shipping does not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, customs charges, carrier handling fees, or other charges imposed by authorities or third parties unless those amounts are expressly shown as included or collected during checkout.
9. Supported Shipping Countries
MigoPaw currently supports delivery to the following countries:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- France
- Germany
- Netherlands
Shipping to countries not listed above is not currently available.
Product availability may vary depending on the product, fulfillment configuration, carrier availability, shipping route availability, product characteristics, destination restrictions, or other operational considerations.
If a destination or particular product is unavailable during checkout, MigoPaw does not currently accept that product-and-destination combination for delivery.
10. Processing, Fulfillment, and Delivery
MigoPaw products may use different fulfillment facilities and shipping routes depending on the product and destination.
The estimated total delivery times for our currently supported destinations are generally:
- United States: 5–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
- France: 5–15 business days
- Germany: 6–13 business days
- Netherlands: 5–12 business days
These ranges generally include normal product preparation together with standard shipping transit.
Individual products may have shorter or more specific delivery estimates depending on their fulfillment configuration.
When a more specific delivery estimate is displayed during checkout or elsewhere on the store, that estimate should be considered the most relevant available estimate for the specific order.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.
Actual delivery may be affected by carrier performance, product availability, customs processing, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, peak periods, destination-specific conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders containing different products or products fulfilled from different locations may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days.
Customers do not need to select a supplier, fulfillment facility, or internal shipping route. The appropriate fulfillment configuration is assigned according to the product and destination.

11. Shipping Addresses and Delivery Problems
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and appropriate delivery information.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing, preparation, fulfillment, or shipment has started.
Where permitted by applicable law, MigoPaw is not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, refusal, failure to collect the package, or another customer-related delivery issue, we will review the available order and carrier information.
If reshipment is possible, additional shipping costs may apply where the original delivery failure resulted from customer-provided information or another customer-related delivery issue.
12. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, VAT, import taxes, duties, carrier handling charges, or other fees depending on the destination and applicable local requirements.
If applicable taxes or charges are collected by MigoPaw during checkout, they will be displayed before payment where required.
Charges that are not collected during checkout may, where legally applicable, be assessed by customs authorities, carriers, or other authorized parties.
Customers are generally responsible for applicable import duties, VAT, customs charges, taxes, or similar fees that are not collected during checkout, except where applicable law places responsibility elsewhere.
Customers are also responsible for complying with applicable local import requirements and product restrictions.
Customs processing may affect delivery times.
13. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
MigoPaw offers a voluntary 30-day return request window, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
Returns, cancellations, refunds, replacements, and other remedies are handled according to our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
To request a return or report a product that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, misdescribed, materially different from the order, or otherwise non-conforming, contact us at support@migopaw.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs where appropriate.
Reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery helps us investigate the issue promptly.
This requested reporting period does not limit mandatory consumer rights that may continue beyond that period.
For voluntary preference-based returns, products generally must be unused, clean, and in their original condition, subject to reasonable inspection and the complete conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
14. Consumer Guarantees and Mandatory Rights
Products must comply with any mandatory conformity requirements, legal guarantees, and consumer protections that apply to the transaction.
If a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed, incorrect, or otherwise fails to conform to applicable legal requirements, the customer may have rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or another remedy depending on applicable law and the circumstances.
MigoPaw’s voluntary policies are provided in addition to mandatory consumer protections and do not replace or reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Unless expressly stated for a particular product, MigoPaw does not provide a separate commercial warranty beyond rights provided by applicable law and any warranty expressly supplied with the product.
15. Intellectual Property
Website content, including original text, MigoPaw branding, logos, graphics, artwork, designs, page layouts, product descriptions, and other original materials, is owned by MigoPaw or used with authorization from applicable rights holders.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, product materials, designs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, license, scrape, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected website content without permission from the applicable rights holder, except where such use is permitted by law.
16. Reviews, Messages, Photographs, and User Content
If you submit a review, message, photograph, comment, suggestion, feedback, or other content to MigoPaw, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, intentionally misleading, infringing, malicious, discriminatory, obscene, or harmful.
Where you voluntarily submit content for publication, such as a product review or customer photograph, you grant MigoPaw a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and publish that content for operating, presenting, or promoting the MigoPaw store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of rights you hold in your submitted content.
We may moderate, decline to publish, or remove user-submitted content where reasonably necessary because it violates these Terms, applicable law, platform requirements, or another party’s rights.
17. Third-Party Tools, Services, and Links
Our website may use, integrate with, or link to independent services provided by ecommerce platforms, payment providers, fulfillment services, shipping carriers, analytics services, customer-support tools, social platforms, or other third parties.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
MigoPaw does not control the independent operation, availability, security practices, content, or policies of third-party websites or services.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that MigoPaw is legally required to retain under applicable law.
18. Relationship with Shopify
The MigoPaw online store is powered by Shopify.
Products purchased through the MigoPaw website are sold by MigoPaw.
Shopify provides ecommerce platform and technical services but is not the seller of MigoPaw products and does not replace MigoPaw as the merchant responsible for our products, customer service, and store policies.
Shopify may process personal information in connection with its platform services as described in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s applicable privacy information.
19. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, stored, and otherwise processed in connection with the MigoPaw website and services.
Where consent is legally required for a particular activity, such as certain non-essential cookies or marketing activities, consent will be requested separately through the applicable privacy or communication controls.
20. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Corrections
Despite reasonable efforts, website information may occasionally contain an error, omission, or outdated detail concerning a product description, specification, price, promotion, shipping detail, delivery estimate, variant, inventory status, or availability.
We may correct errors and update website information when reasonably necessary.
Where permitted by applicable law, an affected order may be canceled if fulfillment is impossible or if the order was based on an obvious material error.
If an affected order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

You may not use our website, customer accounts, checkout, or related services:
- For an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purpose
- To submit false, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading information
- To use payment information without authorization

- To interfere with another customer’s use of the website

22. Availability of the Website
We aim to keep the website, customer account features, and checkout available and functioning properly.
However, access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, internet outages, service-provider interruptions, security concerns, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may reasonably modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue website functionality from time to time.
Where a service interruption affects an existing customer order, we will continue to respect applicable contractual and consumer obligations.
23. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights or liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MigoPaw is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the applicable contract was formed and that do not result from a breach of a mandatory obligation owed by MigoPaw.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control where applicable law permits such a limitation.
This section should be interpreted only to the extent permitted by the mandatory laws applicable to the customer and transaction.
24. Customer Responsibility for Unlawful Misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses or claims directly resulting from unlawful misuse of our website, intentional violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or infringement of another person’s legal rights.
This section does not impose responsibility on a consumer where such responsibility would be prohibited, unfair, or unenforceable under applicable consumer law.
25. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to an account or website feature where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful activity, serious misuse, security threats, material violations of these Terms, or conduct that causes or threatens material harm to MigoPaw, another user, or a third party.
Where appropriate, restrictions will be proportionate to the applicable issue.
Suspension or termination of website access does not automatically remove rights or obligations relating to valid orders placed before the restriction took effect.
26. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection, conflict-of-law, jurisdictional, or other legal rules that apply to a particular customer or transaction.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the laws of the consumer’s country or region where those protections cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive any right to bring a claim before a court, authority, regulator, or dispute-resolution body where applicable law gives the consumer that right.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, website functionality, payment methods, shipping or fulfillment arrangements, store policies, security requirements, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page with the updated date shown at the top.
Changes generally apply from the date they are published and do not retroactively remove contractual or mandatory rights relating to orders already confirmed.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary where permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, applicable product information, and information presented during checkout, form the terms applicable to use of the MigoPaw website and purchases from our store.
Nothing in this section excludes information or rights that applicable law requires to form part of the customer’s agreement with MigoPaw.
