MigoPaw operates this store and website, including related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide customers with a clear and reliable shopping experience. MigoPaw is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, interact with, or use our website and services. By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

However, product colors, appearance, sizing, texture, and details may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, product photography, manufacturing process, supplier, or fulfillment partner.
MigoPaw may offer pet apparel, pet accessories, pet home and living items, pet parent gifts, pet essentials, toys, beds, feeding accessories, grooming items, and related products. Some products may be made on demand, prepared, fulfilled, produced when applicable, or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners or suppliers.
Product packaging, production time, processing time, delivery process, and return handling may vary depending on the product type, fulfillment partner, supplier, shipping carrier, and destination.
Pet products should be used responsibly and according to their intended purpose. Customers are responsible for selecting products that are suitable for their pet’s size, age, behavior, and needs. Pet apparel, collars, leashes, toys, beds, bowls, feeders, grooming tools, and accessories should be used under appropriate supervision. If a product becomes damaged, worn, or unsuitable for continued use, discontinue use.
MigoPaw does not sell products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product information on our website is for general shopping information only and should not be treated as veterinary, medical, or professional advice.

3. Orders
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected product according to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Orders are confirmed after payment is successfully processed. Once an order is confirmed, it may not always be possible to cancel or modify it, especially if processing, production, fulfillment, or shipping has already started.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, supplier availability issues, payment issues, shipping restrictions, incorrect customer information, or other valid operational reasons. If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund where applicable.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time without notice.
MigoPaw currently offers Free Standard Shipping for eligible orders shipped to supported launch countries. Shipping costs are included in product prices for eligible destinations where Free Standard Shipping is available.
Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local taxes, or other local fees unless clearly stated at checkout.
You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the payment provider to charge the total amount shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and authorized payment service providers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
MigoPaw currently ships to selected launch countries only. Supported destinations currently include the United States, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain.
Shipping to Morocco and other countries is not available at launch. If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship orders to that destination.
We work with fulfillment partners, suppliers, and shipping carriers to process and deliver orders. Delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product type, production time, supplier processing time, fulfillment location, customs processing, carrier handling, holidays, weather, and other logistics conditions.
Some MigoPaw products are made on demand. Estimated delivery for made-on-demand products is usually:
- United States: 5–13 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–15 business days
- Europe launch countries: 6–17 business days
Some MigoPaw products are supplier-fulfilled. Estimated delivery for supplier-fulfilled products is usually:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Europe launch countries: 7–20 business days
Europe launch countries currently include Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain.
The delivery estimate shown at checkout applies to that order and may vary by product, destination, fulfillment profile, and shipping carrier. Processing, production, and fulfillment times may be included in the displayed estimate depending on the product and checkout settings.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, delivery restrictions, weather events, holidays, local disruptions, supplier processing delays, or external factors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist customers when shipping issues occur.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
To request a return or report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at migopaw.store@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.
Some products may be made on demand or fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners or suppliers. Return eligibility may depend on the product type, product condition, fulfillment status, and the reason for the return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, pet products must be unused, clean, and free from pet hair, odors, stains, washing, wear, or damage not caused by a defect to be eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MigoPaw does not collect duties, import taxes, or customs fees at checkout unless clearly stated during checkout.
Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, sales tax, or local fees depending on your country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for checking any local import rules, customs requirements, or product restrictions that may apply in their country or region.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, page layouts, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by MigoPaw or used with permission from our partners, suppliers, fulfillment partners, or licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. However, purchases made through this website are made directly with MigoPaw. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, customer support, or store policies provided by MigoPaw.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Errors and Inaccuracies
