We aim to provide a clear and reliable shipping experience for customers in our supported launch countries. This Shipping Policy explains where we currently ship, how shipping costs are handled, and what customers can expect after placing an order.

Supported Shipping Destinations

MigoPaw currently offers shipping to selected launch countries only.

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Netherlands
  • Spain

Shipping to Morocco and other countries is not available at launch. If your country or region is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently offer shipping to that destination.

Shipping Cost

MigoPaw offers Free Standard Shipping for eligible orders shipped to our supported launch countries.

Shipping costs are included in product prices, so eligible orders shipped to supported destinations will show Free Standard Shipping at checkout.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are usually processed or prepared within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing or fulfillment time may vary depending on the product type, production requirements, product availability, fulfillment partner, supplier processing time, and order volume.

Some MigoPaw products are made on demand, while others are fulfilled through third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners. This means some items are prepared after an order is placed and may require production, processing, or fulfillment time before shipment.

Made-on-Demand Products

Some MigoPaw products are made on demand, including selected pet accessories, pet parent gifts, apparel, mugs, pillows, blankets, tote bags, and other printed items.

Most made-on-demand products are prepared within 2–5 business days before shipment. Some all-over print or home décor items may require up to 7 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery for made-on-demand products is usually:

  • United States: 5–13 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–15 business days
  • Europe launch countries: 6–17 business days

Europe launch countries currently include Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain.

Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Some MigoPaw products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, including selected pet essentials, pet apparel, grooming items, travel items, feeding accessories, beds, toys, and everyday pet care products.

Supplier-fulfilled products usually require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment, depending on product availability and supplier handling time.

Estimated delivery for supplier-fulfilled products is usually:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Europe launch countries: 7–20 business days

Europe launch countries currently include Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain.

Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery estimate shown at checkout applies to that order and may vary by product, destination, fulfillment profile, and shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to product type, fulfillment location, supplier processing, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, local disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may include products prepared or fulfilled by different fulfillment partners or suppliers. In these cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when tracking is available.

You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MigoPaw does not collect duties, import taxes, or customs fees at checkout unless clearly stated during checkout.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, sales tax, or local fees that may apply according to their country’s rules.

Customers are responsible for checking any local import rules, customs requirements, or product restrictions that may apply in their country or region. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Product-specific production, processing, or fulfillment times
  • Product availability or supplier handling time
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • High-demand periods
  • Weather events, holidays, or local disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

MigoPaw is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist customers when shipping issues occur.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

MigoPaw is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at migopaw.store@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, household members, neighbors, building reception, or safe delivery location.

If you still need assistance, contact us at migopaw.store@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details, and we will do our best to help you review the situation.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or another customer-related delivery issue, we will review the situation based on the order and carrier details.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the order can be reshipped.

Pet Product Handling

For hygiene and safety reasons, please inspect pet products carefully after delivery and before use. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue.

Shipping Changes

We may update our shipping destinations, delivery estimates, fulfillment partners, suppliers, or shipping methods from time to time. Any updates will be reflected on this page and may also appear during checkout.
