At MigoPaw, we aim to provide a clear and reliable shopping experience for pet owners and pet lovers. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review your request based on the order details, product condition, product type, and fulfillment status.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be clean, unused by pets, and free from pet hair, odors, stains, washing, wear, or damage not caused by a defect.
  • The item must be in its original packaging when applicable.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The return request must be approved by MigoPaw before the item is sent back.

Some MigoPaw products are made on demand or fulfilled through third-party fulfillment partners and suppliers. Return requests are reviewed based on the product type, product condition, order details, fulfillment status, and the reason for return.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items remain eligible for support as described below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used items or items showing pet hair, odors, stains, washing, wear, or damage not caused by a defect.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or customer-customized items, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Made-on-demand products produced specifically for your order, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Items sent back without return approval or return instructions from MigoPaw.
  • Gift cards, if offered.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at migopaw.store@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return method: approved returns must be sent by mail to the return address provided in our return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return shipping labels are not provided for preference-based returns unless we clearly state otherwise during the return process.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returned items.
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at migopaw.store@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. After reviewing the details, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. When Free Standard Shipping was used, no separate standard shipping amount is refunded because shipping is included in the product price.

Replacements

We may offer a replacement for defective, damaged, or incorrect items after reviewing the order details and photos.

Replacement availability may depend on product availability, supplier availability, fulfillment status, and destination.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Exchanges for size, color, design preference, or other preference-based reasons may not be available.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at migopaw.store@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Made-on-demand products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, so cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Lost or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or another customer-related delivery issue, we will review the situation based on the order and carrier details.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the order can be reshipped.

Pet Product Handling

For hygiene and safety reasons, please inspect pet products carefully after delivery and before use.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
